Who we are

This site is run by {LEGAL_ENTITY} for MM40, a program by Vishak Moopar.

What we collect

Your answers to the assessment: about you, the year you were diagnosed, your HbA1c and tablets (then and now), your safety, your pattern, who cooks for you, and your time.

Your first name and WhatsApp number, when you give them to see your result.

Your booking time, if you book a call.

Which ad brought you here (the link's campaign tags).

Your answers are also kept on your own phone for 30 days, so you can come back to your result.

Why

To prepare your result and your call with Vishak, and to contact you about them on WhatsApp or by phone. Nothing else.

Your consent

Before your result, you agree to two things: that Vishak's team may contact you, and that your health answers are stored for your result and your call. You can withdraw either at any time.

Who sees it

Only Vishak and his team. We never sell it.

Your health answers are never sent to Meta (Facebook, Instagram) or any advertising platform. Meta only learns that someone visited, left their details, started a payment, paid or booked, with no answers attached.

Services that handle it for us: Cloudflare (this site), Make.com and Google Sheets (storing your answers), Razorpay (payment), cal.com and Zoom (your call).

How long

If you do not join, your answers and number are deleted after 12 months.

Your rights

To see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent, write to {CONTACT_EMAIL}.
